2 of the World’s Ideal Restaurants Announce Collaboration in Sonoma County

Two renowned Michelin-starred restaurants from reverse sides of the country are joining forces for a night time of haute eating in Healdsburg. 

On March 31, the partner-and-spouse staff at the rear of One Thread cafe, Kyle and Katina Connaughton, will welcome Junghyun “JP” and Ellia Park of the two-Michelin starred Atomix for a night time of culinary collaboration. The two partners will craft a 10-program tasting menu reflecting each restaurants’ Asian-influenced cuisines and support designs. 

One Thread, which previous calendar year retained its elusive three Michelin stars and manufactured No. 37 on the annual “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” record, serves unique Japanese dishes designed from fresh new substances provided by the One Thread Farm.
